Fir Trees is located in a leafy sub-urban part of Epsom Downs. We provide first class 24 hour residential care support for people with learning and physical disabilities as well as complex needs.

Our team of highly-qualified and attentive staff really focus on the individual needs of our residents with a tailored care plan for each person.

The dedication of our staff can be seen in all our activities; in our cooking, hospitality and organised activities for our residents. You will find that we are ideally suited to meet your needs now and in the future.

Our Activities are person centred and geared towards participation; we believe in having fun and making activities interesting for our service users.

Fir Trees has accommodation for seven service users (male or female)

Fir Trees is within easy reach of the town centre which boasts varieties of shops, cafes, leisure centres and adult educational colleges. The home is well situated within public transport routes and easy access to the M25 motorway.

There is a spacious open-plan lounge and dining room that is shared by the service users. The home also has a specially adapted bathroom to meet the needs and requirement of individuals who may be less able to perform personal care tasks independently.

The key ethos is to deliver an effective personal care service that enables our service users to live their lives to the full with dignity.

We promote a flexible menu of care & support packages tailored to individual needs and choice.

Each resident will be allocated a key-worker who is responsible for supporting the needs of the individual as well as co-ordinating a structured support service.

Positive Outcomes

Fir Trees delivers an outcome focussed support and rehabilitation to those often reluctant to engage in therapeutic activities. Service users are encouraged to take an active role in deciding how they structure their day and are supported by staff as necessary.

Our care homes within Supreme Homes strive to surpass prerequisite standards of care and support to residents. We aim to continually develop and improve our services that are dynamic and service user driven. It is our aim to meet the rehabilitative and health needs of each service user and in doing this, respect their dignity and privacy.

We acknowledge and recognise that each service user should be treated as an individual in their own right with their own specific and often complex needs. Our goal is to support the service user by offering a range of support needs to enable the individual to work towards achieving the most positive outcome for them. This could be an independent living environment, a supported living environment to employment.
